 Introduction

 Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in applying for the ACRE scholarship.

The mission of the fund is to provide limited financial aid to ACRE members for the tuition of their first year undergraduate son or
 daughter.

 Eligibility

The ACRE scholarship fund is designed to give everyone an equal opportunity and is not a competition. Each submission is
 evaluated solely on:

 * The parent being a member of ACRE in good standing.

 * The applicant will be attending the first year of undergraduate or technical school. College attendance must begin the fall
semester after graduating high school in June.

 * Proof of Guardianship by ACRE member.

 * A copy of enrollment statement from college of choice, including student identification number (scholarship check to be
mailed to admissions office of institution).

 Selection/Awards

The monetary value of each award will be determined by the amount of money in the fund. On behalf of the applicant, a
check will be made out to the school the student is attending.

Each qualified applicant will receive no more than $500.00 towards their college tuition. If there are insufficient funds for
each applicant to receive the maximum benefit, the amount of money in the fund will be divided equally between the applicants.

 Deadlines

Applications must be received no later than June 6, 2008.

ACRE will not confirm receiving an application and is not responsible for applications lost through the mail.
It is recommended that you hand deliver or call to verify your application was received.

If at any time during the application process you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
  call our office.

  Thank you,
