Eligibility
The ACRE scholarship fund is
designed to give everyone an equal
opportunity and is not a
competition. Each submission is
evaluated solely on:
* The parent being a member of ACRE
in good standing.
*
The
applicant will be attending the
first year of undergraduate or
technical school. College
attendance must begin the fall
semester after graduating high school in
June.
* Proof of Guardianship by ACRE
member.
*
A copy
of
enrollment statement from
college of choice, including student
identification number (scholarship
check to be
mailed to admissions office of institution).
Selection/Awards
The monetary value of each award
will be determined by the amount of
money in the fund. On behalf of the
applicant, a
check will be
made out to the school the student
is attending.
Each qualified applicant will
receive no more than $500.00 towards
their college tuition. If there are
insufficient funds for
each applicant to receive the maximum benefit, the amount of money in the
fund will be divided equally between
the applicants.
