From: Anthony Bottalico, General Chairman
It goes without saying that many of us experience problems with our TIM and need the assistance of the IT Department. Getting the time to go to IT can on occasion be a problem for some of us on short turns or working afternoons and evenings. In the event you have trouble with your TIM, are on a short turn or work hours that IT is closed, please take the following steps:
If possible, bring your TIM up to IT, 12th Floor, 420 Lexington Avenue (Graybar Building)
If you cant get there, call IT at 4700, or 212 499-4700
If no response within 24 hours call Ms. Stuart Moore at ext 2877 or 203 786-2877. Inform her of the problem you are having and that you have received no response from IT.
If you can’t reach Ms Moore, immediately take your machine to an Ops Manager working at any location. Advise them of the problem.
Should you get no co-operation, call the union office and notify your local chairman on the division you’re working.
Please do not fail to report your issues to IT, an Ops Manager or Ms Moore.
