Effective January 1, 2010 Metro North and the MTA changed administrators for our Flexible Spending Accounts. The new
administrator is the P&A Group instead of Wageworks.

The open enrollment deadline for a 2010 flexible spending account has been extended until December 13, 2009. FSA's allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars for healthcare and dependent care expenses.
